Grandpa Platt's Burial Service . . .

A warm and sunny November day for all of us to gather and remember Grandpa and Grandma who are finally together and side by side here at the Provo City Cemetary.
We sang "In A Shady Woodland" to the tune of "Tumbling Tumble Weeds." It sounds odd, but it turned out to be one of the most tender songs I have ever heard. The Platt brothers and sisters have the most beautiful voices. Grandpa requested this song for his funeral.
